FIRESIDE RETREATS

 - COME TO THE 'BARN' IN THE BEAUTIFUL EDEN VALLEY

Retreat to the fireside whilst watching the shadows drift over the icy Pennines from the picture window. These are events not to be missed as the snowdrops bring the tiniest hint of spring to come and we begin to shake off the mantle of winter and look forward to the year ahead. We can use this special time to reflect on recent challenges and share those things which inspire us to take life in both hands whatever is happening.

Come and talk about what you want, who you think you really are or who you might be if you could see past some of the limitations of conditioning which seems to be imposed by family and society.
£75 plus optional £10 for homemade organic and delicious lunch

If Cumbria feels like a distant, unreachable land in these wintry months - You provide the fireside and six people and I will do the travelling.

In your warm home we will all have chance to share those inner resources which uplift us when life is hard to bear and together develop strategies to find that strength when we need it most. In an informal atmosphere of discovery, trust and wisdom we will all find new and old ways to overcome our self made obstacles to happiness and vibrant health.
